​How Do I Place An Order?

 

It's easy! Find the sunglasses you want, add them to your cart. proceed to the checkout and follow the instructions. 

We currently only accept permit payment via credit/debit card. However, we plan to incorporate Paypal soon too!

 

What do I get when purchasing sunglasses from 1805 Eyewear?

When buying from 1805 Eyewear, you will receive your sunglasses of choice, our branded glasses  lens cloth and our matching handmade sunglasses case. There are no additional hidden costs in order to receive our glasses lens cloth and case when purchasing our sunglasses as they are included in the prices listed on our shop page. 

Please note that you will receive a glasses lens cloth and case per pair of sunglasses you order to ensure their protection in your care. 

Shipping Process

 

Upon payment via our website, you should receive a receipt of order confirmation via the email address used to make the order. If you do not receive this, please contact us via info@1805eyewear.com ASAP!

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally yet, but subscribe and keep posted via our Instagram, https://www.instagram.com/1805eyewear/ for updates regarding worldwide shipping. We promise, we are working on it!

All our packages are posted via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon arrival. You are able to choose whether you wish to have 1st or 2nd class delivery during the checkout process.

The current cost for delivery is: 

UK 1st Class - £4.70 (1-3 days)

UK 2nd Class - £4.10 (3-7 days)

International Standard Delivery is now available, please view via checkout to see the exact costing, it is approximately £23 (GBP)

Any issues regarding items lost via post is not the responsibility of 1805 Eyewear and will have to be taken up with Royal Mail. 

Covid-19 (Delayed Postage)

 

Please be reminded that during this time, your order maybe delayed due to Covid-19. You will receive an email from us to confirm when we have shipped of your items.

Returns & Refunds

 

We do not currently provide returns/refunds for our products, so please bear in mind that once you have bought our sunglasses, they will be yours to keep or gift.  

What if my product arrives damaged?

We take every care to package your items safely. In the event that your purchase arrives damaged you may be able to apply for an exchange/replacement.

 

In order to do so please email info@1805eyewear.com with your: 

  • Full name

  • Order Number & Date of Order (please also use this as the subject of the email)

  • Royal Mail Shipping Tracking Number

  • Full address (the one used to make the initial order)

  • Image(s) of the faulty item(s).

Please note the following:

  • You will have 24 hours to bring the fault to our attention.

  • Please be aware that we will be informed of your confirmation of receipt of our goods.

  • Give us 24 hours to get back to you.

  • If successful, an exchange/replacement will be arranged. Shipping cost will be responsible to the customer.
